I am thrilled to announce that we have partnered with one of RE/MAX Executive’s most prominent real estate teams, The Premier Team, to create one of the most experienced and productive real estate teams in the Carolinas. As a part of this exciting transition, we will be operating under the umbrella of The Premier Team – so if you see or hear their name, know that it is synonymous with The Baxter Team! Your level of service and care will only grow with the additional resources and support the team now has access to.
Most real estate transactions are simple, but I’ve always tried to find ways to differentiate our team and offer more than the average real estate agent. In 2014, many of our clients were building new homes so we hired a New Construction Specialist. In 2016, we created the Community Care Day event where we assisted our past clients with replacing light bulbs, air filters, and more. That quickly grew to our Home Services helping homeowners weekly instead of once a year. In 2020, we saw many sellers struggling with creating a moving plan, so we implemented our Concierge Program which includes packing assistance.
When thinking about the next steps for The Baxter Team, The Premier Team’s model and mission statement really stuck out to me. We all agree that real estate transactions should include excellent communication and a professional, yet relaxed environment.

You can still find me in the office near Harris Teeter in Indian Land.
