Ready, Set, Let the Fall Festivals Begin!!


Every year we eagerly anticipate the cool breezes, football games, the bountiful harvest, and we oohh and aahh at nature’s paintbox! Best of all we all love gathering to celebrate with traditional food, drinks, and plenty of fun for all ages.


Here’s a few of our favorites so grab that cozy sweatshirt and head out for some fun:

57th Annual “Festival in the Park”

Over 150 artisans will be on hand to exhibit and sell their works at Festival in the Park. Attendees can personally meet the artists while looking for that special piece to enhance their home. From caricature artists to fine oil paintings and pottery you are sure to find unique one-of-a-kind creations. There will be music playing throughout the event on several stages and many food vendors on hand.

Carolina Renaissance Festival

Come enjoy the greatest party since Camelot!

The Carolina Renaissance Festival located in Huntersville is a medieval amusement park, a 16-stage theater, a 25-acre circus, an arts & crafts fair, a jousting tournament, and a feast… all rolled into one nonstop daylong adventure!

CRF is the perfect autumn activity for the whole family, boasting games, rides, shows, and shops for all ages. The Lord Mayor has decreed that the entire realm make merry to welcome its reigning monarch, Her Majesty Queen Isabella. Magicians, comedians, acrobats, jugglers, musicians, chefs, and craftspeople have all gathered to transport you back in time to the charming village of Fairhaven.

Let your imagination run wild as meet fantasy creatures such as Primrose the Fairy, Fireflicker the Dragon, and the Living Mermaids! Be amazed by skilled historical demonstrations from the glassblower, the blacksmith, and the Lord Mayor’s Household. Cheer your favorite knight in a joust, try your hand at archery or axe-throwing, and feast all day.

Hall Family Farm Fall Festival

Once a sharecropping cotton farm, this 4th generation owned and operated family farm is now one of the leading area producers of “pick your own strawberries.”

During the harvest season the farm is transformed into a playground for the young and the young at heart! A giant 7- acre corn maze will make getting lost a fun challenge to see who will figure out the puzzle. Hall’s Kitchen will be serving up burgers, dogs, and fries, and the fall favorite cider donut sundae. Jump on a musical hayride and choose your family favorite pumpkins. For a little more speed check out the pedal go karts and race through the fields. When the sun starts to set there is nothing better than a bonfire to take the chill out of the air. There really is something for everyone!

28th Annual Apple Harvest Festival
